3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

PregnancyPlate offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

  • Weekly Premium: $3.99/week with 3-day free trial
  • Monthly Premium: $6.99/month with 3-day free trial
  • Pregnancy Duration: $24.99 one-time (covers full pregnancy)

Subscription Terms

  • Length of Subscription: As specified in your chosen plan
  • Price: Clearly displayed before purchase and charged to your App Store account
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings
  • Free Trial: If offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled through the App Store according to Apple's standard refund policies. We do not provide direct refunds but may offer account credits in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

5. Privacy Policy and Health Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information, including health data, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For apps using HealthKit: We integrate with Apple HealthKit to sync health data like weight, nutrition, and activity information. This integration is clearly labeled throughout the app and requires your explicit permission.
